Weekly Goals Week Three

1) No Soda This I can now remove from goals in week 4

2)Track my food and document everything. 

       - continue to work on this tracking is good but need to improve on pictures of food and
    doing videos 

3) Drink my water 64 oz. 
       - doing better but need to be consistent, with it 

4)limit junk food and fast food  
          -  junk food on the weekend only. 
          -fast food have eaten pita pit or at work.

5) work out 
         - do better with actual workouts 
         - continue to get my steps in 

6) below the yellow line in lose it  
           -2 days over yellow line 



Week 4 Goals 


1) workout 4 -5 
2) drink my water 
3) stay below yellow line
4) document my food better 
5) limit junk food and fast food.
