BAck To Blogging and weight loss
Goals For Week 1
1) track food
2) workout
3) drink 40 oz plus of water
4) document all food
Back to basics it is. I started an ab challenge yesterday and my abs hurt today.I am going to be working on cutting back on soda and switching to just coffee the keto coffee. And then Jan 1 2019 I will be cutting all soda and down to one cup of coffee a day and that is with my breakfast or for breakfast. I am also back to tracking my food on myfitnesspal This is my favorite site to track on. I love the fact that you can scan your food to get the calories if it is not in the data base.
Alright that's it for now I will be back again with another update. I am doing weigh in's every Sunday
