Day 2 week 1 April 4 2018
I did OK until the evening. I started to get hungry and instead of having one snack I had like three of them. ugh. I didn't go to over bored but I still didn't need that much to eat. I need to stop that and fast, get a handle on it. That is my one down fall. Today is day two in a row without coke zero. I had two one Tuesday when I was out. And a starbucks coffee, I def didn't need all of that. Ugh, oh well getting better with it and having no money helps.
