Goals For Healthy Eating

1) eat 3 meals and 2-3 snacks as needed
2) drink 80 oz plus water daily.
3) take pictures of my food.
4) I was going to track but it stresses me out so as long as I make healthy choices I will be fine
5) walk every day and get my goal of 7,000 steps or more in a day
6) watch junk food intake and limit fast food
7) get sleep
8) work on night time snacking
9) watch pop intake and coffee intake


These are things I have struggled with for a long time. I need to be consistent with them and learn to not give in so easily. It now helps that my husband has to eat better as he has been not feeling well and having high blood pressure and such, so we have both been making changes. it helps having the support now. I am also back at work and I have been walking to and from work again. it take me 22 minutes round trip. so 12 there and back sometimes less if I hustle lol.
