Goals For May

1) Drink my water
2) Soda only at work
3) Track my food
4) walk every day
5) work on night time snacking
6) limit junk food
7) Limit fast food
8) eat 3 meals a day and never skip breakfast or lunch
9) snack only when needed
10) make healthy choices when ever possible



My goals are the same as last months I am not changing any or taking any away just continuing to better the ones I have. Nice weather is here so now it is time to get real with this weight loss and no more messing around





I just want to be Healthy
