Have been slacking on my weight loss goals and goals in general . I turned 43 yrs old yesterday, and so this starts a brand new yrs for me. so I need to stop being silly with my eating and recking my health and my body. I am tired of being tired all the time and grumpy and just plain awful. I was gonna have a seperate blog for all my weight loss stuff but then said nope just use this one. no need to have like three blogs going lol.
start weight as of this morning was 155.7lbs
first goal weight to get out of the 150lbs and never go back
second goal of this journey is to give up soda and then give up caffeine
third goal is no more junk food and to watch fast food intake or at least make healthy choices when eating out.
No more excuses it is time to do this once and for all
